All categories of AMP members are required to complete the form below and to maintain “good standing”. For Board Certified Medical Psychologists to maintain Board Certification status, and in order to advertise his/her status to the public, he or she must annually attest to satisfying these ethical requirements, completion of 12 hours of CE in Medical Psychology, AND submit payment.
